High-pressure steam boilers

Industrial steam boilers of the PK series are intended for work under pressure of 0,8 МРа for boiler types from PK 0,4 to PK 2 or 1,3 МРа for boiler types from PK 2,5 to PK 12.  By customer request, the manufactured boilers can be adapted to a different than the standard pressure.

These boilers are being manufactured in accordance with the requirements of BDS EN 12953, for which a certificate of conformity is being issued.

Normally, the boilers are designed for working with burners using natural gas, heavy or light oil as fuel.  The installation of a prechamber allows to boiler to work using as fuel waste products from the production of biofuels, sunflower husk and solid fuel.

For the achievement of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption, Kotlostroene JSCo offers additional equipment items for the industrial fire-tube boilers of PK type, such as economisers, deaerators, superheaters, water softener installations, and others.

By customer request additional equipment can be offered, such as containers, water softener installations, fuel oil pump and heating unit when heavy oil is used, as well as gas train (line) for boilers working with nature gas, and others.
